It is a common room, towel, soap, mini fridge, and AC. Property owners are so kind people. They speak English and are very helpful

The place was very close to the beach (across the street), easy to get to, secure entrance and pharmacy next door. The room I stayed had a balcony that oversees water front, a beautiful view! I can see port of Civitavecchia and all the cruise ship coming in. The bathroom was clean with heated towel rack. Funny thing, they only have shampoo, no soap or conditioner.
