Lorenzo was the perfect host and couldn't have been nicer. The air-conditioning in the room was a very welcome necessity due to the summer temperatures and I would definitely come back and stay at Lorenzo's place again!

Location, friendly staff, cleanliness. The gentleman walked our party to the cruise shuttle on our morning of departure. Breakfast at beautiful coffee shop across the street.

Included breakfast at the nearby cafe was nice. Host was friendly and helpful. The guest house provided water kettle and tea, which i later found to be special in hotels in Italy.

The location is great. Lorenzo is a great communicator and makes you feel very welcome. The property is quiet and very clean. It's a great modern renovation, done to a high standard. 5 minutes walk to the train station.
