Everything! The hotel was beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and felt brand new. Our room was stylish, fresh, and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town centre with great restaurants and only 10 minutes to the beach. But what made our stay truly unforgettable was the amazing staff, especially Tesa. She was so friendly and helpful from the start. I proposed to my girlfriend during our trip, and Tesa went above and beyond to make it special, even surprising us with champagne. She made us feel so welcome and taken care of, it felt like staying with friends. We can’t wait to come back!

Location was great - just in the city centre close to shops, restaurants and transport. Hotel is quite new and well decorated. Staff very friendly and responsive.

Tesa is a great host, always available on what’s app for any questions. The hotel was perfect, in the best location in Ciutadella :)

Super cute room and interior design! Was a bit cramped, but overall very lovely room and would book again
