The fine print
For those guests with breakfast included, this will include the buffet spread of local and International produce, and a hot dish, cooked to order.For guests with dinner included, this will include a £25.00 per person food and beverage allowance. This is for adults only as rates are based on two people sharing. Children's food and beverage to be charged as taken.Any children's food or beverage are an additional charge and not included in the extra bed/sofa bed charges.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.Please note guests wishing to book spa treatments need to book prior to arrival to avoid disappointment. Treatments are charged as taken.The Kings Head Hotel requires full pre payment of the total amount of your stay upon check in. The property requires pre authorisation of a valid credit or debit card on check in for any additional services during you stay.Any loss or damage to items listed within the hotel inventory will be charged as required up to 30 days from the date of departure. Any damage to the hotel bedrooms or public areas will be charged accordingly no more than 30 days from the date of departure. If any damage means the room must be taken off sale, the hotel reserves the right to charge a full night's stay in addition to the cost of damage. The hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount for reinstatement of items found to have gone missing or to have been broken or damaged. This will also apply to any guest smoking in the hotel, for which a non-negotiable charge of £300.00 will be made.Due to the layout of the hotel, some bedrooms are not accessible by lift and do involve stairs. Please let us know in advance if you require an accessible room, or assistance with your luggage.

We have stayed here before and enjoyed our stay which is why we returned. The hotel's location is ideal, right in the centre of Cirencester. Rooms are nice, the beds are huge and really comfortable, staff are friendly, and the food is excellent.

Fantastic staff who really make you feel welcome and look after you. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. The location is ideal if you want to stay in the town centre which we did. Great botanical toiletries.
