We had a wonderful time grilling seafood and enjoying the solitude with a beautiful sea view. The location was convenient, the house was cozy, and it was very easy to arrive by car. We loved everything about our stay!

This is a beautiful property. The roof top terrace is stunning. Everything looks exactly like the photographs. Host was very friendly and allowed us to check in a little bit early. Nice welcome pack of treats, drinks and fruit.

Final Rating: 9,5/10 The only reason why I can not give 10/10, because it's my own home :) Communication/Check-in/Check-out: 10/10 Trustable property management, excellent availability via WhatsApp both Giuseppe and Salvatore. In English too ! Personalized ceramic board makes impossible to miss the house entrance of Magaggiari Reef Parking: 10/10 Shared parking space with Owner. Follow the previous suggestions and rent a smaller car because of the narrow street of Renato Guttuso! Do not park in front of the gate, it's basic politeness! If you know the manner of parking no one bothers you. Host/Owner: 10/10 Welcome treats and drinks waited for us when we checked in during the night. They welcomed us during our stay also in person. Surprised us with fresh pastry from Terrasini. Linen and main bedroom: 9/10 Snow white towels and bed linen. Brand new mattress. NO bedbugs. NO stains. Sofa: 10/10 Reversable to double bed! No stains, no hair, extremely clean! Wifi/Home office: 10/10 EXCELLENT on both floors as separate Router is provided. Water: 10/10 Waterpressure is excellent. Hot water available almost immediately in both showers. Kitchen: 10/10 Borbone coffee machine, quality kitchenware. (Disagree with previous rating! No need to deduct rating points just because the Owner did not remove some plastic cover from equipment. It's their decision. Everything in the house is brand new, those covers gives protection and should not bother anyone.)
