The fine print
Please note that early check-in and late check-out after 12:30 have an extra charge of EUR 25 and are subject to availability.Please note that breakfast can be served in the room for at an extra cost of EUR 5.The sports fields can be used free of charge to play football. To play tennis, guests must book 24 hours in advance and there is an extra cost of EUR 15. Rackets and balls are not included.The hot tub must be booked 6 hours in advance and has an extra cost of EUR 14 for 2 guests, for 40 minutes. Children are not permitted. The use of shower cap is mandatory.Bikes can be rented at a cost of EUR 5 per bike, upon reservation.Please note that the indoor swimming pool will be closed from the 10th January to the 15th March.

Very warm welcome from the hosts who Looked after us very well. Stunning views and very peaceful. Thoughtfully eco-friendly building. Delicious dinner!

The welcome was great and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was very good. The swiming pool is nice and the efforts with using rain water are really good.

Great venue with amazing staff that catered for our needs and provided us food even though we arrived very late and the restaurant should have been closed. Views were incredible will definitely stay here again next time I am in the Douro Valley.
