- beautiful location with access to multiple hot springs pool - welcoming staff who also speaks some English - welcoming drink in the package which is nice - room is basic but comfy

Private hot spring bath. Also ticket to nearby hot spring facility was included. Car and driver for volcano sight seeing was arranged.

Keeping in mind that it is located in rural area, most Of the visitors here are local indinesians, so price/service ratio is ok.

Great to be able to enjoy the natural hot strings. really hot and relaxing. THis is the real plus of that hotel.
