Everything. It's a wonderful magical place and I really enjoyed breakfast being provided so we could eat it in our own time . The bed was very comfortable and the location is superb. Chris and Susie are delightful friendly helpful hosts. Definitely plan to return.

This is the place where our holiday really started. It is a beautiful peaceful sanctuary off the beaten track. We were warmly welcomed by Susie and her partner Christopher and shown around the property and woodland area where there are plenty of places to retreat to. I loved the idea of being provided with all the ingredients to make your own continental breakfast at a time that suits you (rather than a set time each day) in a beautiful bright modern kitchen/dining area with patio doors that can be completely folded open to give you an inside outside feeling. There are plenty of hidden gems to discover that are a relatively short drive away which our hosts have written down in the information notes that can be found in the communal kitchen. On departing we were given some great suggestions on route to our next location. We saw some of the beauty that Devon has to offer and look forward to returning in the not so distant future. Thank you Susie and Christopher for a wonderful time.

This was a really beautiful place to stay. Extremely tranquil surroundings. The room was really clean and the beds were super comfortable. It was great having the shared kitchen space to make drinks and breakfast and it was extremely well equipped. Very close to Kingsbridge for restaurants. The hosts were really helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.
