The hotel is easy to access by bus from the train station.The lady in reception really welcomes us and gives us lots of information. The breakfast is really good . The room was really clean.

Were given a free bus pass and info about the old town. Comfortable bed. Decor good. Bus stop and shops nearby.

One night stay as we were catching the Bernina Express in the morning. The hotel and room was modern and clean and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We walked from the ststion, which took around 20 minutes. Obviously, we ate at McDonald's! Unfortunately, we arrived in the dark - DB train from Germany to Switzerland was late 😢- but in the morning, Chur looked very pretty and if we had time, worth exploring. The Bernina Express was amazing. We would stay here again.

1. Very good location with a little outlet just adjacent (in a fuel station with good service), Migros Supermarket, KFC and McDonald's for daily needs and food. 2. As usual in the IBIS chain, this hotel too is a good one with clean rooms. 3. So nice to have interconnected balconies for our rooms, it was very convenient.

Was a very good stay as a make shift one to our next train. Staff was friendly and they helped us to arrange a half an hour early checkin. Overall the stay was enjoyable and happy.
