Please note that the rooms on the upper floors are accessible by the elevator located on the first floor.Please note that the elevator starts from the first floor and is not accessible from the ground floor. Guests must use stairs to reach the first floor. Our staff is always happy to assist with luggage if needed.Please note that an advance payment of the full booking amount will be required in the event of a late arrival.

The reception were very helpful and friendly and explained about the various parts of the hotel, the breakfast room and times, that the lift was rather small and that the door opened on the room floor on a different side to at reception level and also the workings of the night key. The room was large and comfortable and above all quiet which was appreciated.

Basic but clean and comfortable. Good location and good value (by Swiss standards). Good WiFi, tv and free bottled water in fridge.
