It was the fourth time that we stayed at that place. The location is fantastic and the property meets all our need for a one night stay in chur.

We had a reservation for 2 rooms: 1 apartment and 1 room for three persons. The communication with the owner was very good, they gave us clear directions about the location, so it was easy for us to find the place. For us, everything was good: the rooms were clean, comfortable and big enough for us. The bathrooms were clean. We had everything that we wanted. On Saturday it was a bit noisy from the clubs that are across the street, but manageable enough for us to sleep.

We stayed for 1 night in apartment #35 on a Saturday. The location is excellent, the room is spacious and clean, the mattress and bedding were very comfortable. There were enough utilities. We slept amazing. Easy to get inside the apartment. Overall it’s good value for money.
