Loved this place as waking up with the view lifted my spirits immeasurably. The food was nourishing and tasty and we met hikers over dinner and breakfast. Great walks nearby.

Spacious rooms, good bed, hot shower. The common area downstairs is really cosy, especially with the fire on. The food was awesome!! Very friendly hosts.

Perfect stop on the Quilotoa Loop. Beautiful views from the rooms and hammocks. Delicious 3 course evening meal and great breakfast included in the price, and a packed lunch available for the next day. Clean rooms and amenities, comfortable beds and friendly staff.

Such a beautiful place. Food was great and our host was so kind and generous. We loved our short stay while doing the Quiletoa loop. Great value for money as well.

Hostal Taita Cristobal is an absolute gem. The staff, quality of the accommodation and location was second to none. The food for dinner and breakfast was delicious and filling. As an expat living in Quito I look forward to going back to Hostal Taita Cristobal. I would highly recommend to any travellers completing the Quilotoa Loop.
