Great location just off the A38 so really convenient to break our journey. Charlotte greeted us warmly and showed us the room and facilities. We had a comfortable and undisturbed night and enjoyed the splendid multifunction shower. Area was quiet and no issues in parking the car. Would happily stay again.

Charlotte clearly communicated the check in arrangements with us. The room was very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The accommodation was well situated for our needs with adequate on street parking. Very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities.
