Airport transfers to and from Christchurch Airport are available for an additional charge of NZD 5 per adult and NZD 2.50 per child. The shuttle is available from 08:00 to 17:00. Guests must inform the property in advance if they wish to make use of this service, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of NZD 15 per night per pet to sleep inside the accommodation. A $20 pet fee charge pet pet per night will apply to staying in the 2 Bedroom Unit, 2 Bedroom House, 3 Bedroom House and 3 Bedroom Unit. We will also take a NZD 25 bond, which will be refunded after departure and once the room has been checked and cleaned. No charge will be incurred if pets sleep outside the accommodation or in the vehicle.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. We received outstanding support from all staff members, who kindly relocated us to a more spacious room to better accommodate my baby and elderly mother. Their thoughtful consideration was genuinely appreciated, demonstrating the high value they place on guest care. The kitchen is nicely equipped, providing extensive cooking options and ample space. Additionally, the bathroom and kitchen facilities were always impeccably clean, reflecting the establishment's dedication to maintaining superior facilities.
