Lovely modern property. Very clean and well appointed. Warm and inviting on arrival. Loved having a heat pump and electric blanket on the bed, as it was cold weather during my stay. Easy off street parking.

Great location for getting about Christchurch. We had our own car but there is a bus stop right outside. Good bakery and cafe very close by and walking distance to another good cafe and a stunning restaurant 'Gatherings'. We chose the studio with a spa bath when booking. The studio was comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and the spa bath which got a lot of use as we stayed during winter with low temperatures. Beautiful to see the main house and old protected tree each time we went out, and learning about its history even though we didn't stay in the rooms in the main house. Next time!

The room was as comfortable as any other hotel room we've stayed in. Spa bath was nice and deep.
