The fine print
If you wish to dine at the hotel, tables should be booked in advance to avoid disappointment. From time to time the restaurant may be closed due to events taking place.When booking more than 5 rooms, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.All rates which include breakfast will be a Continental Breakfast.

The location is excellent. Overlooking Mudeford Quay, the views are beautiful. It's a wonderful peaceful location, very pretty surroundings. The quay is the evening is gorgeous to go and sit, and look out over the water. Very few shops in walking distance, more further out . The beach is very close, and Mudeford sands are lovely, accessed by the ferry. We had the smallest room, but it was nice and lovely bed, a bit hot but fan helped. Staff, especially in the Upper Deck breakfast and bar in the evening are superb. All of them were attentive and were constantly checking the room, were courteous and kind. Thanks all of you! Breakfast was really lovely, food very good, continental ample. Much more than what I expected from the other reviews. Hot food was nice, but agree should be included in room tariff considering price. The pool and relaxation area was great, very peaceful, well cared for. We stayed for our first wedding anniversary and wasn't disappointed. Thanks to all the lovely staff for a great stay!
