If you don't mind walking up to the fifth floor, this apartment is recently renovated and good value. Public transport to and from Katowice is easy, plus you can use Bolt or Uber. Chorzow has all the shops you need. Free parking in a yard. The neighbourhood and the building felt safe, even after midnight. Nice little balcony was a bonus.
