Ease of contact, punctuality of the service. Size of the apartment. Location that suited my purpose of being in the area between Katowice and Chorzow. Nearly fully equipped kitchen including washing machine (a microwave would be a nice addition). Everything you need to prepare food for a family, enough space for a 2+2 or even bigger family (or two couples). Safe and spacious parking on premises. Closeness of public transport - tram to Katowice - Chorzow. Walking distance to the park, Silesian stadium, etc. Closeness of commercial centre (walking distance). As a highlight for some people it could be to see an apartment that is finished as typical Polish apartment from the 90's in high standard of the time - a little touch of travel in time, others might not like small imperfections and dated look, but it had no impact on the experience in my opinion. Extremally calm neighbourhood.
