Everything about the hotel was amazing – from the atmosphere to the overall service. One small suggestion: it would be great if room service was available 24 hours, or at least until midnight, as 9 PM feels a bit too early to stop. I especially want to highlight the kindness of one of the front desk staff on the 29th (I unfortunately forgot her name). She went above and beyond by using her own phone and account to help us order McDonald's delivery – such a thoughtful and generous gesture. She truly made our stay even more memorable. Thank you!

Everything was just perfect, the location, the staff and the hotel with the most amazing room view (also from 39th floor). Recommended (also for english-speaker)

Everything was Superb . The staff was amazing and very friendly. Echo and Sophia at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. No complaints at all .
