Perfect, professional, kind staff. We spent 7 days there and it was very good to have valuable conversations to many members of the staff including the Executive Chef, and the General Manager. There are many nice hotels in Samui but the people make the real difference, and Hyatt Koh Samui gets a 10 from this point of view. We will come back for sure.

Absolutely loved the hotel, room was great very spacious and huge bath. The facilities were exceptional, great pools, brilliant kids activities and fabulous restaurants The best part however is the service, the staff were absolutely amazing. Special thanks to Bank, Bebe and Manit - all of whom were so friendly and really lovely with our children. They really formed a lovely bond which was such a highlight of our trip

Stay at Hyatt was Fab. I have Celiac and could find enough and more Gluten Free options. Chef Pong was the best as he understood my challenge and prepared some amazing food for every breakfast and whenever we ordered something. Likewise the property was amazing and we had a great time.. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Outstanding location. Particularly friendly staff from doormen and golfcar-pilots to top management which was always available and very attentive. Worthwhile to mention: When the building was erected the architect integrated the existing old trees in the planning.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful and they were great with the kids. The rooms are beautiful and much bigger than they appear in the pictures. Overall stay was fantastic
