Disappointed to be told the kitchen shut at 7.30 (it was 7.45 and they were still serving dinner) after arriving late . Was pretty hungry so was then even more annoyed to see the staff bring trays of food out for what must have been a private function . Surely it wouldn’t have hurt to offer to make 2 tired travellers a sandwich . Breakfast was quite poor as well

The entertainment options are amazing: bowling, pool, billiards, bar, air hockey, children’s zones (both indoor and outdoor), and some activities provided by the hotel, e.g. evening sausage on fire. They changed our room to one with a better view without any hesitation. The staff was always kind, helpful, and friendly, which made our stay much more comfortable. The biggest plus for us was that most of the staff speak English, while neighboring hotels do not have English-speaking staff at all, which makes communication here much easier.
