The location was fantastic - just a short walk from Jiufen Old Street. It was the perfect base to rest in between eating and sightseeing. The room was very clean and comfortable. It also had a USB charger which was a lifesaver, as neither of the convenience stores in town sold adaptors and I had come straight from the airport. The staff here are very responsive and very kindly allowed me to reschedule my stay (waiving the cancellation fee) and book another room when I had to change my travel plans. There are good amenities on the ground floor with free raincoats. There are also communal balconies where you can enjoy nice views of the ocean and mountains.

Location was perfect, a two min walk to old street. There was signage in the Warren of steps that helped me find it. Friendly helpful staff. And an eco ethic.
