Perfect for anyone looking to disconnect from the busy pace of city life. Nestled away from Sapporo and surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, the location is its greatest strength. The tranquil atmosphere, combined with the soothing onsen experience, made it incredibly easy to relax and unwind. Another highlight was the shuttle bus service, which really eased the journey for those who don’t drive. It made accessing this secluded location much more convenient and stress-free.

This is in a lovely location, right on the lake. It’s beautiful! The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room overlooking the lake, which is a must. We enjoyed the Onsens and also the Kaiseki meals in both nights. Please note the photos of the Onsens were during a closed period when photos were permitted.

It was our 1st time doing outdoor Onsen while snowing. Surrounded by stunning scenery, you can’t get a more authentic Japanese onsen experience than this. The room was a good size, clean and cozy, making it very comfortable to stay in. The irori kaiseki dinner was a fun and memorable experience, and although the breakfast selection was limited, everything tasted good. We also spent a relaxing afternoon behind the reception area, enjoying the beautiful view while sipping on complimentary tea, coffee, or juice, and even having a popsicle.
