・All lights in the building, including the lobby, hallways, and emergency stairs, will be turned off, and only the emergency lighting will be turned on.
・Elevators are not available.
・If you arrive or return during a power outage, a staff member will guide you to your room via the emergency stairs.
・The automatic door at the hotel entrance must be opened and closed manually.
・Air conditioning will be turned off throughout the building, including in guest rooms.
・Due to the water supply being cut off, you will not be able to use the restrooms.
・Vending machines, ice machines, and coin laundry machines in the building cannot be used.
・Internet and WiFi are not available.
・All lights in the guest room will be turned off.
・Water and hot water supply will be suspended. Bathrooms, showers, sinks, and restrooms are not available for use.
・Electricity supply in the guest room will be interrupted. Electrical appliances such as electrical outlets, telephones, refrigerators, televisions, and washlets are not available. Clean and comfy room. bed was comfortable, we had a good sleep. Receptionist is helpful and friendly. Sound proofing is good. Their lounge has coffee machine and comics, nice place to chill. Just next to jr train station, makes it very convenient. Will definitely come back here again.

The location is just superb. Perfect for a late flight and needed a good night sleep. We took the train from the airport directly and reached at the station, probably within 10mins. Look out for "JR inn Chitose" around the exit, and you will find it right after the exit next to the station. We had good Ramen set meal wick is value for money next door, after a long day flight. Compact but clean, awesome place

Location was great - 2 min walk to JR station and 1st train at 06.21am got me to CTS in time for 07.25am flight. Hotel bathhouse was VERY nice and clean. Aeon mall nearby with great sized supermarket and good food selection.

Room is clean and the hotel is conveniently located next to the train station and 7/11 convenience store. Transport from airport was easy. Facilities are fine. Staff are accommodating.
