I rated the location as very good as we were interested in a concert that took place on the stadium. The hotel is very close (about 5 minutes walking) to the stadium. It is also very close to botanical and zoo gardens. Near the hotel there is a restaurant that seems to be open 24/7 and the food is pretty good -trattoria something. The price was also OK for what we needed, and there is a 24h front desk, but is important to notice in advance the approximative hour of arrival.

Very nice staff, great place for the money. not far from the airport if you need to spend the night before the flight, the administrator can call a transfer

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. Since my next flight was at night and no buses were operating, the hotel arranged a taxi for us that picked us up from the reception to take us to the airport, which was very helpful. 24-hour reception, ladies were very nice and were ready to help us any time. Additionally, there was unlimited water available near the reception.
