The apartment’s location is perfect — 10/10, right in the city center with everything within walking distance: cafes, restaurants, clinics, and a notary. The apartment stays warm and cozy even in freezing temperatures. The host was fantastic — very clear, timely, and helpful with all the information.

The apartment's location is excellent ( 10/10) You can visit all the places just walking . It's in front of the cathedral square. There are supermarkets, restaurants, currency exchange offices, and cafes. I easily contacted the owner, Dimitri, via WhatsApp. He sent me all the coordinates to pick up the keys. If you have any question, he Will answer by WhatsApp. Easy and fast. However, the address on booking.com doesn't correspond to the street where the access gate with the locker is, which makes things a little difficult. It would be better to put Coluna street insted Pushkin 33, because then the taxi would stop in front of the gate and anyone could find the box with the keys. The apartment is functional. It can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. It has all the appliances like a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, etc. However, there is no wastebasket in the bathroom, which is very inconvenient. I put The dental floss or tissue I used to blow my nose in the kitchen wastebasket. There is no bathroom mat /carpet. There’s no face towel in the bathroom. In the kitchen there are not enough utensils. I mean, there are 3 forks, some spoons and There was only one knife didn't cut anything, not even a single bread. There wasn't a dish towel. The mattress is springy and very soft, but this didn't bother me. I had read the previous reviews and I didn't understand when I read about it being a shared apartment. That's not true. There are two independent apartments. They only share an atrium, a common hall, where they put a door. I've seen this in several places. That is not a problem. The problem was that there was a closet and the owner of the other apartment used everything. I never saw him/her. They didn’t bother me. Even the dog; just two barking in 4 days. But in that closet there were about 20 pairs of shoes and sneakers, as well as jackets and supplies for his/her dog. The place was smelly.

The location of the facility is very good, it is in a central place and the owner of the apartment is very attentive, helpful and polite. The apartment can comfortably accommodate two people.
