An absolutely outstanding hotel experience from start to finish. The level of hospitality here is truly impressive. The reception team is extremely professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request. The rooms are beautiful, stylish, very clean, and incredibly cozy. You can really feel the attention to detail in every aspect of the interior, which creates a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location is also excellent — within just a 5-minute walk you can find a large park perfect for walks and a shopping center, which makes the stay even more convenient. Breakfast deserves special recognition. All dishes are prepared fresh à la minute, which is something you rarely see. The service team in the restaurant is wonderful — the waiters are polite, attentive, and genuinely care about the guests’ experience. I would also like to especially thank the hotel administrator, who helped organize the transfer and provided valuable recommendations about tourist places in Moldova. If you need any information, definitely ask at the reception — they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This hotel truly delivers a high-level guest experience. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Moldova.
