Great location in the centre of Chipping Norton. Staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming. Rooms nice and clean. Liked the complimentary bottle of Hook Norton beer.

Staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful. Hotel was central to the town. Rooms were clean but a little tired. Furniture and carpet could do with a refresh Shower tray could have been a little cleaner.

The room was very cosy and comfortable - lots of little touches like a radio and a flask for fresh milk to go with the teabags. Loved the tea pigs tea bags! Very nice staff, very well trained and hospitable. Good breakfast selection. Great location to wander around Chipping Norton and beyond on the bank holiday weekend. Dinner was lovely - we had two roasts - veggie and a meat one. Would definitely stay again - was made to feel very welcome and felt that it seemed a friendly place to work, too. Staff seemed to get on with each other and help each other.

Great place to stay on edge of the Cotswolds. Attentive staff, great food & nice rooms with little touches like a free beer, water & mini chocolate brownies.

Only problem was stairs quite difficult when you’re in 80’s but we were hesitant using ground level bedrooms in case of too much noise. Nevertheless we liked the hotel very much indeed and thank all staff there.

Room out the back of the main building. Very good condition. Also surprisingly quiet. The manager was excellent. Fantastic greeting on arrival

The accomodation was as described, with cups, kettle and also fresh milk in the room. The pub is very nice, even if I didn't eat there. It's not central in Cotswolds area but it's a nice place to visit. There is also a usefull car parking included.
