The owner was hospital. He put an iron I asked for to the room before we came. And he advised two great restaurants nearby. The view to the sea from the room was romantic. Thanks a lot!

Large room on the ground floor. It had everything we needed. Kostas was helpful and friendly. The beach was within easy reach just 5 min on foot.

I liked the place very much because it was what I wanted to - a lovely quiet place with an exceptional view to the sea. It was super clean, the local beach very close. The studio itself is very spacious with a beautiful, very large terrace. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The air-conditioning was included in the price. I highly recommend this studio if you look for a quiet, peaceful surroundings.

Mr. Kosta, the owner, presented a great hospitality. As our mobile phones were not active in Greece, he assisted us each time we need to call a taxi. He never rejected us. Thank you for everything once again.

We liked everything. It's a good basis for exploring the south coast of Chios with it's amazing beaches. There's on site parking place, the wi-fi connection was good throughout our stay. Everything was super clean and the kitchenette fully equipped for our needs. On our departure, the host kindly gifted us mastiha liqueur and mastiha cream to prepare cold beverages. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very nice location, just walking to very nice sandy beach. Silent environment. Friendly staff. you have in your kitchen whatever needed for a nice breakfast. Very nice restaurants at sea side. Markets are closed.
