Kubra “Kind Hosts, Peaceful Atmosphere, and a Truly Romantic Stay”

This was our second visit to Chios, and we stayed for 6 nights. Panagiotis and Maria were incredibly kind and thoughtful — their hospitality reminded us of the warmth we see in Turkish culture. We stayed in the Mastique room by the pool and were very satisfied. Before our trip, I had asked if the Citrus room upstairs was available, but it wasn’t at the time. During our stay, they kindly remembered my earlier request and offered us a free upgrade to their beautiful two-story panoramic sea view room. It was such a lovely surprise — especially because it happened to be our wedding anniversary that day (which they didn’t even know about at the time)! 🥰 We tried the breakfast service for two days. Maria’s cooking was delicious, with a variety of hot and cold homemade dishes. The breakfast was generous and satisfying. It might be difficult for a family-run place, but if breakfast were included in the room rate, we probably would have enjoyed it every day. We didn’t try the dinner, but the kitchen in the room was clean and well-equipped — fridge, stove, and utensils. We made quick meals like salad and pasta on a few evenings. I’m usually not a big fan of pools, but Chios was quite windy during our stay. On the days we didn’t feel like going to the beach, the pool was a perfect alternative. I now realize a pool really makes a difference! Karinta Beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. Since it's like a small cove, the sea was relatively calm — though this may depend on the wind. Between June 29 and July 4, the sea water was quite cold, so this may help others planning their trip. The hotel is far from Chios port but very close to Pyrgi and Mesta. Next time, I’m definitely having dinner in Mesta — it left a mark on me!

Beautifully appointed apartments in a stunning, natural location. Ideal for couples as quiet and walking distance from small bay with pebble beach. Lovely owners who are local to Chios and very helpful. We would return in a heartbeat and after a week in busier 'resorts' on Lesvos this was complete low-key relaxation Perfect 👌

First of all, our hosts were really kind and lovely. The view from our room was fantastic and the apartment was really quiet and clean. Next time we’re in Chios, we’ll definitely stay again!!

It was a great hospitality and great experience for us. The owner of Hotel Pana and Maria were great and lovely people. We had a great view room it was very clean and comfortable. we have tried optional breakfast and it was good enough :) The bay which is 3 minutes by walk was really nice and clean. Thanks for everything.
