Clean, cozy and spacious room with private bathroom. Right in the historical center next to shops and restaurants, and close to the fish market. Breakfast just downstairs opposite the facilities. Paid parking at 5 minutes walk.

Very helpful staff, very well maintained and clean. Breakfast croissants and coffee really delicious. Property close to Chioggia Port and restaurants. So easy to get around by foot. Great for a short stay.

The location was an easy walk from the dock and right in the middle of town. We departed a Viking cruise and then spent the afternoon and overnight in Choggia departing the next day by public bus to the airport. Bus stop also an easy walk. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff responded quickly to my enquires by email and were very helpful with info on the bus to the airport.

Smart solutions in a nice, small room. The shower cabin was awesome with the turkish bath function. Good location. Kind staff.
