Amazing view of Chinon and plenty of room. Very handy for the bar on beach opposite the castle. Chinon comes alive on market day. The apartment has everything you need, apart from washing machine tablets.

We couldn’t get into the accommodation we had booked in Chinon after travelling 30 hours with a toddler and sent an urgent request to Le Nid de L’île through Booking.com They were extremely helpful and communicated clearly despite language difficulties. Great location, great view. Beds were comfortable. Family of 4 could comfortably stay there for an extended period.
