We stayed at Domaine Givre for just one night on our way to Bordeaux. The location is fantastic - peaceful and beautifully set just outside Chinon, with easy access to explore the Loire Valley. The accommodation is a carefully restored barn converted into stylish and modern rooms that are both tasteful and very comfortable. There was water, tea and coffee in the room and everything was spotlessly clean. The hosts were absolutely lovely - warm , welcoming and generous with their time. We had a great chat and they even showed us around the property which made the experience feel very personal and memorable. Breakfast was served outside and it was simply fantastic, fresh delicious and a beautiful way to start the day. I truly hope to return and spend more time there.

The accommodation was comfortable, clean and beautifully presented. Breakfast was delicious. The pool was great too. Vero and Ronan were friendly and very happy to help with any requests, really good hosts.
