Breakfast is lovely and varied with fresh fruit & juice toast and eggs plus tea coffee and fresh milk delicious with the cornflakes ! A very high standard of fixtures and fittings. Kim has made full use of the space available and for me it works really well. A small patio overlooking fields and Kims garden is a bonus - even in winter. Location is perfect. Safe off road parking at no extra charge. Most of all Kim is very welcoming and a great host. Thank you and hope to see you again soon.

The viewing platform over the fields at the top of the stairs was a superb place for an early morning breakfast.

Wonderful stay! The house was cosy, clean, and had everything I needed. The host made everything easy from start to finish — super responsive and accommodating, especially with my early arrival request. I really appreciated the warm welcome and thoughtful touches. Would definitely stay again!
