The lady who owned the hotel was very helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and the food in the restaurant was exceptionally.

I could not find anything wrong with the hotel. Location excellent for the train into Liverpool. Very quiet setting. Room big and comfortable with good bathroom. Breakfast good, did not experience dinner.
