Guests without a meal plan who want to eat breakfast and dinner at the hotel must make a reservation at least 2 days in advance.Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.Private reservable hot-spring baths are available only from Monday to Thursdays (except holidays) at 18:00-19:30, and can be used for only 30 minutes per group.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

The hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. It was conveniently located next to a family mart and had a lovely indoor and outdoor onsen which was supplied from a natural spring. It was generally quite empty and quiet when we went, making the atmosphere quite relaxing. The staff were incredibly attentive and hospitable, especially the host and owner of the property who greeted us at the door and even walked us to a nearby restaurant when we sought a dinner recommendation. The room we got, which was a family suite, was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The traditional breakfast we had was fantastic and very filling.

The outside onsen was very nice in the morning and evening and complemented the downstairs onsen. It's a real onsen. The staff and owner excel at hospitality and going the extra mile to help you provide advice and give the traditional welcome, which is often missing from the more modern mass market onsens. We were served food in a private room, and the dinner and breakfast were exceptional.

Amazing dinner and breakfast. We had a private room for eating. The room was also very comfortable. We had everything we needed there, including hygiene products and clothes (yukata, socks). There was an indoor and exterior onsen, which were very clean and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and we were offered a ride to Togura Station after our stay. It is a bit expensive but worth it, I would like to return.

The staff was so welcoming and made my entire stay a great experience. The dinner and breakfast was delicious and one of the many highlights.
