The building is unique and the room we had was very comfortable. All staff were exceptionally welcoming and pleasant. The inclusive meals were a real insight into Japanese cuisine and staff went out of their way to explain things to us.

I love how traditional it looked. The location is not so far away from the Togura train station if you take the free shuttle by the hotel, it will be around 30min by foot. So it is convenient that the hotel have this free shuttle service. I purposely booked this hotel to experience onsen and hike the Togura Kitty Park which is about 15min walk from Togura station. I had a very relaxing stay, i wasn’t able to try the indoor onsen but i love the outdoor onsen! Also the food was fantastic, it was a lot of serving so I wasn’t able to finish everything. But everything is delicious! I booked a room for myself, but the room is so big it can fit 3 more people! My room have a good view too! The staff are very friendly and can speak English so the communication is not hard. I would love to comeback here!
