The apartment was lovely with large beautiful windows; two small balconies and and a great view of the countryside. It was a short 20 minute walk up to the old city. The kitchen was bright and well equipped with a small balcony. We needed assistance in understanding how to work the washing machine and Paola called someone who came right away to help.

Wonderful views from the bedroom of valley and snow-capped mountain. Apartment was spacious, light and airy. Had every conceivable appliance and TV/Wi-Fi reception good. Privacy excellent

It's a perfect place to stay in Chieti, if you want to self cater; it is well equipped for this purpose. It has beautiful views of the mountains, the city, and some small towns in Abruzzo, such as Bucchianico, which rests on a misty hill below the mountains. Highly recommended if you want to explore Abruzzo; you don't need a car as the bus transport system is well integrated.

Great place, close enough to walk into town (uphill on the way in but a nice downhill on the way back!). Spacious traditional apartment, was lovely to open the windows and let the breeze run through. Great views from the main bedroom windows and nice little balconies to sit out from the second bedroom or kitchen. Host was great at keeping in touch and sharing ideas for local activities and eateries.
