Nothing negative to say. Great little hotel in the heart of Chichibu. Staff were fantastic, very kind and welcoming. Rooms were clean, beds comfy. If I’m ever in the area again I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again. We’ve been in Japan for about a month now and stayed in over a dozen hotels during our stay and this hotel was in the top 3 (with the others being full blown ryokans)

Very nice room! Clean and spacious for a group of 5! We had a nice bath at the private onsen (free to use if it’s empty). Easy self check in.

Great location. There are lots of restaurants and main attractions here and you can walk to get there.

Cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff, quality of the new renovations in an old building, hot bath and comfortable bed. It was also near a station and Chichibu Shrine as well as beautiful parks.
