This was a very mixed bag. Firstly, the people were great, breakfast too, we didn't have food in the evening. Our twin room number 4, both mattresses were lumpy, the basin was cracked, the toilet seat was heavily stained, there was no hot water for a shower in the morning, and there was a smell in the room. It seems that, although the staff are working hard, a bit more needs to be done with the hardware in the room. We stayed here a couple of times before with little to comment on.

Superb stay here in march 25. Staff super friendly. Rooms nicely done and clean. Food was great. Good location for a visit to Chichester . This place is a credit to all the staff there..

What an unexpectedly high quality accomodation for such a reasonable tariff. The accomodation was immaculately clean with fresh flowers in the rooms and fluffy luxurious towels with chocolates on the bed. My guests and I applaud the housekeeping - Gemma et al- who are doing an absolutely sterling job. Fantastic full English breakfast ... even made me poached eggs on request!
