Beautiful property. So clean and everything we needed was there. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Such a quiet location to but near to everything.

Little Knapp Cottage was a beautiful and cosy place to stay with everything you need for a comfortable few days. The property was very clean, bight and airy perfect for 2 people. Myself and partner stayed here as we were working at Goodwood Racecourse over the weekend. Its a 10 min drive if that and located right by shops and food outlets. its also only a 10 min drive into Chichester. Simon was a fabulous host and could not be more helpful. I would love to stay again for work or pleasure and would highly recommend.

Very modern property, spotlessly clean, large tv with Sky tv, very comfortable bed and pillows. Good Wi-Fi. We stayed for the weekend and used the M&S cafe next door, the Tim Horton’s for breakfast and had evening meals at the Harvesters which is less than 5 minutes walk away, there is also a Costa across the road, although the house has all the facilities you will need if you prefer to eat in. The host Simon was very helpful with everything and let us check in early as we arrived by train. We used Streamline taxis to the station and the racecourse and they were excellent. We would highly recommend this property.
