We selected the cottage as it was close to the Marina where we were attending a party so it was very handy.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Not huge but big enough for two people to spend a few days. Kettle, toaster and microwave provided as well as adequate tea, coffee and breakfast supplies including homemade bread and local berries. Elaine and Bruce were lovely and communication was timely and helpful. Dedicated parking space.

The ‘cottage’ was tastefully decorated with wonderful use of space. Linens and kitchen utilities were of a very high standard. Everything had been thought of to maximise space and layout. The kitchenette area had everything one could wish for with a well stocked small fridge. The shower and bathroom were welled provided for with toiletries and ultra clean. The communication prior to our arrival was very helpful and the owners Elaine & Bruce could not have been friendlier or helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and their willingness to make us feel welcome in their attached little accommodation and their delightful garden was second to none. Parking on site was a bonus and we found ourselves conveniently within easy driving distance from central Chichester and a range of lovely destinations in the area. WiFi was c
