Lovely view, especially first thing in the morning, clean and well equipped. Peaceful and cosy when windows are closed. Very convenient for Chichester and surrounding areas, we went to Boxgrove Priory, Weald and Downland open air museum, Chichester cathedral, Bosham Harbour, Fishbourne Roman Villa. Free parking beside the lodge.

Really clean. Newly done up. Comfy. Good space for 4 people. Nice lake location.

Lovely and warm on arrival re very windy day lovely hot water/shower...clean..crisp clean bedding/towels...nice small kitchen with all needed ..Thanks for washing up sponge and washing up liquid.....comfy bed...nice leather settee/chair.. Parking next to Lodge...lovely view of lake..will be nice to sit out on decking /garden table/chairs in summer....close to a supermarket...and Costa coffee...and others (we didnt visit)...good communication re numbers to get in outside gated area and key box on lodge...the main road A27 although pretty close, noise did not disturb us..could hardly hear it...very quiet peaceful night
