Beautiful place, had everything we needed and more. The breakfast was nice and replenished by the hosts as needed which was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay and did the kingly vale hike only 7 mins drive away. Thank you for a wonderful stay, felt homely and made us happy.

We loved everything about the annex. It was extremely comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was exceptional and very generous. Garry and Pat are friendly and helpful. This is our second stay here and we would definitely return again. 10/10

The location was perfect for this part of my trip, the room was very well set up with wi-fi and a really nice very comfortable bed, excellent small but well stocked kitchen bar and a table and stools to sit and eat breakfast at in the morning, the bathroom is very modern really clean with fresh towels every day and soap/shower wash all supplied. Any breakfast supplies or plates/cups etc used were replaced or cleaned every day. The room is great and they are located a short 2 min walk from a really nice old pub that does an excellent evening meal(a recommendation from Gary).Gary was also really helpful in drawing maps to get me to my event avoiding traffic using backroads and directing me to local cheapest petrol stations or suggesting local villages to visit for evening meals.
