Annexe was very cosy, hosts were very accomerdating & Friendly. Perfect for kids, board games and lots to keep them entertained. Beds very comfortable.

We liked everything about the property. Exactly as shown in the photos, two very good size bedrooms (kids loved the bunkbeds), small lounge/kitchen but fully functional for a short break. It’s clearly a well-loved annexe as there’s lots of little touches that made our stay; kids books and toys, tea & coffee, milk in fridge and some tasty biscuits. Just little things that mean a lot when you arrive. It’s a small place but we had a very relaxing two nights stay here. Easy 5-10 min walk to the East beaches of Selsey, or there is a bus (no 51) that takes you further into town or to Seal Bay resort (plenty of kids activities here).

Lovely location, not far from the beach, local amenities were very good. Property was excellent, very clean and just right for 2 Adults and 2 Kids who loved their room and the ginormous bunk bed !! I'd love to come back when it's colder to try out the log fire. Only thing I'd change on another visit is to bring a firestick for when the weather changes to not just have terrestrial TV, but we were lucky with weather and sat outside lots and saw a lot of the local area. Highly Recommended.
