Location was excellent and we managed to park in the big public car park nearby, moving the car closer on the morning of departure. Would always prefer onsite parking but we were aware of the position. We loved the little courtyard to sit in early evening. The kitchen appliances were a good high standard but sadly no ice box or freezer-hard on hot days. No ice for drinks etc.

The location is great - very close to the city centre and an easy walk to either the town or the theatre.

Fabulous location, allbeit on a busy main Rd. Less than a 5 minute walk into town and The Festival Theatre. Beautifully renovated whilst keeping the cottage character.A very comfortable stay indeed. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

A beautifully refurbished old house in the heart of chichester, easy walking distance to the main shopping street and Chichester Cathedral. Jane is a wonderful host - very responsive and the property had everything we needed. Coffee, tea and milk provided were very much appreciated after a long journey
