Host Mandy was friendly and helpful. Accomodation was excellent and close to National Trust and RSPB places we wanted to visit. Some good pubs around for evening meals if you do not want to cook, one within a couple of minutes walk. Lovely walking area. Good parking on site. A wonderful for us with allergies, no dogs allowed in rooms.

The accommodation is new, modern and tastefully decorated. All the facilities are excellent and easy to use. The hosts are friendly and helpful and the location is quiet but close to a pub and a bus taking you into Chichester.

Mandy and Ian were lovely hosts who clearly take pride in offering high standard luxury accommodation. We loved the house – it was light and airy, stylish and well-equipped, very clean with comfortable beds, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed drinks on the patio overlooking the countryside before meandering to the local pub which served great food. The location was excellent being easy to drive/bus to Chichester, we also visited Tangmere Aviation Museum, Goodwood Circuit café (pleasant time watching the planes including a Spitfire), West Wittering beach plus walked to Halnaker Windmill. We would thoroughly recommend and cannot wait to return!
