Friendly receptionist with great advice regarding our visit to Chichen Itza. Nice and clean room with big bed. We woke up pleasantly to the sound of birds. The location is very close, about 5 mins drive, from the archeological zone.

Very pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food is excellent, with a wide variety offered in buffet style, always fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Large, comfortable room and bathroom. Close enough to the entrance to the ruins, approximately 20 minutes' walk (exactly one mile or 1.6 km).
