Nice personal, really helpful and speaks English. Quite area. No breakfast available, but there are morning compliments: coffee and sweet bread.

Quiet location, if a bit away from the centre . The staff was very friendly, I arrived earlier than the check inn time without any problems. They answered the questions I had very quick in the chat 😊

I stayed here last week with four friends while visiting Chichén Itzá, and I can’t recommend it enough. The location is ideal, just a 40 minute walk or a short taxi ride to the site (we drove, which was equally convenient). The hosts and their family were wonderful, spoke perfect English, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even picking up mosquito spray for me, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and well protected from mosquitoes, and the pool was spotless and refreshing. Overall, it was the perfect place to stay for our trip.
