Don’t go into a fancy hotel and instead enjoy the luxury of sleeping in the middle of the Mayan jungle. Wake-up for the sunrise view of the tower and then enjoy your day at the ruins.

We really enjoyed: Carlos, the friendly owner of the campsite, who gave us a warm welcome the scenic walking path and the observatory tower right on the campsite the overall peaceful and relaxing atmosphere

Location was great and tents are clean and dry even when it rains heavily.

Close to the archeological site. Tent on the concrete ground, pallets as a base, mattress on top = reasonable place to stay. Local family kitchen in the rainforest.
